Put simply, we’re relaxed photographers and we’ll do what we can to ensure you can enjoy the day celebrating with your loved ones. For the majority of the day, we’d like you to forget we’re even there. We’ll spend most of the day capturing candid moments as they are. However, it’s important to also mention that we want you to feel supported by us throughout the day and we’d gladly play our part to make sure we capture your day beautifully.

If it makes you feel any better, you’re definitely not the only one! We hear this very often and it’s completely understandable. We make a considerable effort to ensure we’re not intrusive so you take very little notice of us and our cameras. This assists us in making you feel relaxed and your day feel natural. The end result is your photos look more authentic. While our cameras are out, your focus will be on each other. We may begin by giving some simple instructions, but then we’ll take a step back and let you make the magic!

We’ll send you a link to your private online gallery (containing your high-resolution images) eight to twelve weeks after your wedding.

If you've already put a deposit down on a date then have to move/cancel it, we will aim to move the deposit over to the new date, given that we are not already booked for that day.

Simple answer - as soon as you’ve got your date locked in! We receive enquiries months (and often more than a year) in advance. The sooner you contact us, the more likely we’ll be available when you need us. If you’re considering a few different dates, we’d strongly encourage you to send them through to us so we can let you know which dates we’re available.

When you decide to make a booking with us, we’ll send you an online contract and details to pay a 25% non-refundable booking fee. Once we’ve received your digitally signed contract and booking fee, your booking will be secured.

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of enquiries we receive, we’re not able to tentatively hold any dates.

Absolutely. We love travelling and would be more than happy to capture your wedding interstate or overseas.
